Automatic ELEVATOR+LOWERATOR SYSTEM
for block making machines S610 & S1010

To fully accessorize block making machines S610 and S1010 we strongly recommend an automatic elevator or elevator+lowerator system.

The elevator is placed at the end of the extractor and enables to pile up 8 to 10 pallets loaded with freshly prouced blocks or pavers. Pallets on the elevator are ready for a fork-lift to carry away to shelves.

On the way back the fork-lift can carry just as many pallets loaded with cured blocks or pavers. The fork lift places loaded pallets on the lowerator which lowers pallets one floor at a time. Pallets are then hooked by the extractor that slides them in front of an operator who picks the cement products and cubes them. The unoaded pallets proceed to the block machine where an operator uses them to restart production cycle.

The elevator optimizes potentially fast production cycle of the machine thus improving productivity and overall efficiency. Besides it enables to minimize the number of operators.

The elevator-lowerator system MUST be ordered together with the machine. It is not possible to buy or adapt it after-market.

Automatic elevator/lowerator with hydraulic system and end-run switch.
-
Minimum absorption of power.
-
2 capacities available:
10 pallets (5 floors) for cm 6-8 pavers;
8 pallets (4 floors) for pavers and cm 20 blocks;
distance between pallets: cm 35

The lowerator comes complete with a second extractor.

ELEVATOR – LOWERATOR FULL CYCLE.

•  The machine strips the blocks on the wooden pallets. The elevator raises one floor at a time (2 pallets each floor – 4 floors)

•  The fork lift takes 8 pallets burdened with fresh blocks from the elevator and places them to dry on the shelves.

•  first ageing: 1 day.

•  from the shelves the fork lift takes 8 pallets loaded with blocks produced the day before.

•  the fork lift loads the lowerator.

•  the extractor of the lowerator clutches the pallets. The lowerator lowers one floor at a time.

•  the operator picks blocks by hand and packs them in a cube on the floor on a bigger pallet.

The empty pallets move on to the extractor and reach the machine. The operator places the pallets on the vibrating desk and strips the blocks. The cycle starts back again.
